The RACV Alpine Trial Centenary started this morning, Saturday 15 October, from the RACV in Noble Park.
Organised by the Vintage Drivers Club, the event celebrates the Alpine’s centenary, focusing on the Alpines conducted by the RACV between 1921 and 1926. The route will follow, as close as practicable, the route of the 1921 RACV 1000 Mile Regularity Trial.
Cars are of the era – some 42 pre1930 vehicles started from Noble Park this morning. Two cars that started today actually competed in one of the four original events!
They have a big 8 day event ahead:

- Day 2 – Sunday 16 October 2022 – Traralgon to Lakes Entrance
- Day 3 – Monday 17 October 2022 – Lakes Entrance to Wodonga
- Day 4 – Tuesday 18 October 2022 – Wodonga to Bright
