Pro Rally Motorsport Joins the Alpine Party

The Lock & Load Transport Alpine Rally of East Gippsland is excited to welcome Pro Rally Motorsport Fabrications to the party as a Major Sponsor for the Centenary Edition of the Alpine Rally.

Pro Rally Motorsport Fabrication is owned and operated by Chris Ellis and his partner Jess Pigot; they specialise in everything from a simple repair of your race/rally car to a complete car build. A highlight of their services is the custom fabrication of hard to find parts.

Chris comes from a family background of rallying and motorsport preparation services. Having grown up around motorsport with his father, John Ellis, who started the long running and well known Tayell Automotive. Chris has been working on rally cars for as long as he can remember. They recently took the step of moving into bigger premises in Melbourne’s Knoxfield with more specialised equipment and the ability to expand and grow their services and, yes, Dad still drops in to give advice on a regular basis.

Chris explained that, “We have a range of products and services that focus on quality and value to suit all budgets. This includes roll cage fabrication, repairs and modification to meet all the current Motorsport Australia specifications.”

Pro Rally Motorsport Fabrications has recently completed building a new Stanza rally car and the results are nothing short of stunning with the new car competitive and producing great results in only its second event. Car owner Joel Wald says it is the fastest and best prepared car he has ever driven and is looking forward to more excellent results.

“We see the Alpine Rally as being one of the pinnacles of Australian motorsport with its rich history and the list of champions that have succeeded in taking victory and we are proud to be associated with this heritage.” commented Chris.
